Svetlana Smolina
World-Renowned Classical Pianist, at the Philadelphia International Music Festival, Summer 2023, when the heat and high humidity caused Sticky keys and slow Repetition throughout the Steinway Model O action. Rob was called in to Tune and fix the problems the day of Concert, with excellent results.
Again in June of 2024, Rob was called in to improve a Yamaha Model C7, to Tune, Regulate and improve Key-touch, and Voice the Instrument.... all accomplished to Svetlana's satisfaction. She had this to say about Rob Gardener's skills:
